Return and Exchange Policy
At premiumshop.pk, customer satisfaction is our prioritya. We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. However, if you face any issue with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Eligibility for Exchange
You are eligible for an exchange if
• The product is damaged or broken upon delivery
• You received an incorrect product that does not match your order
To request an exchange, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.
Once approved, the product will be exchanged with the same item only. No alternative product or cash compensation will be offered under the exchange policy.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions.
• If you want a full refund, you must notify us within **3 days of receiving the product**
• Delivery charges are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
Once we receive and inspect the returned parcel, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the account details provided by the customer.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund
• Used or damaged products caused by misuse
• Items returned without original packaging
• Products returned after the allowed return period
• Clearance sale or discounted items unless defective
Policy Violations and Abuse
premiumshop.pk maintains a zero tolerance policy against misuse of our return and refund process.
• False claims or fraudulent return requests will result in permanent account restriction
• Repeated abuse of the policy may lead to order cancellation without notice
• Parcels returned without prior approval will be rejected
• Any tampered or intentionally damaged item will not be refunded or exchanged
We reserve the right to make the final decision in all return and exchange cases.
Important Notes
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch
• Claims submitted without proof will not be entertained
• All disputes will be resolved as per our internal verification process
